FACILITY MANAGER

Job Description

General maintenance & repair of coating & polishing equipment
General facilities maintenance
Reporting on status of repairs to management
Special projects to increase manufacturing capabilities

Qualifications

Experience with Leybold APS & Veeco Spector systems
Experience with Strasbaugh polishers
Experience with mechanical systems including HVAC & hydronics
High school degree or better
Must be organized with an attention to detail

Hours: 7AM to 4PM M-F (flexible)

THIN FILM TECHNICIAN

Job duties:

Operating, loading, and unloading coating chambers.
Scanning coating runs on spectrophotometer.
General coating chamber maintenance. Also responsible for maintenance logs for coating chambers.
Responsible for reading and understanding of paperwork associated with job packets including reading of drawings to determine specifications.
Responsible for tooling maintenance.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma
US citizen or green card resident status
Related experience preferred

Openings are available for the following shifts:

Monday - Friday 7am-4pm

OPTICAL CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Job duties include:

Inspection of optical substrates (glass, crystals, etc.) prior and post coating using high intensity light and scratch/dig standards as well as microscope inspection.
Cleaning and loading of various types of substrates for coating.
Inspection and packaging of completed products.
Responsible for reading and understanding of paperwork associated with job packets including reading of drawings to determine specifications.
Responsible for tooling maintenance.
